人家主打一个收费，还要啥自行车。
自 Sora 发布以来，AI 圈掀起一场轰轰烈烈的文生视频革命。
例如，Lightricks 推出生成式 AI 视频讲故事平台 LTX Studio，Genmo 融资 3000 万美元躬身入局，还有上周谷歌兴奋发布的 Veo…… 无一例外，都打着「对标 Sora」的旗号。
最近，AI 文生视频领域又迎踢馆者 ——Viva，号称「让每一刻都栩栩如生」。
该应用不仅可以文生视频、图生视频，还支持 4K 分辨率放大功能。其华文生视频可生成 5 秒视频，图生视频则为 4 秒。
更感人的是，它还收费！
为了彰显自己能与 Sora「掰手腕」的实力，Viva 官网直接挂出了「同款」视频 demo。（左为 Viva，右为 Sora，点击gif可放大）

保姆级教程
我们也体验了一把。
首先进行准备工作。打开 viva 官网，使用谷歌邮箱或 Discord 账号注册登录。

文生视频
进入操作页面后，选择「Text to video」，在下方输入框中输入 Prompt。
Viva 还可以进行 Negative prompt 设置，例如「ugly, dreadful, terror, too bad」等词都可拽上；
还能选择长宽比，16:9、1:1、9:16 都支持；
也可选择静止强度（0-30），数值越高意味着静止幅度越大，画面也越容易崩。参数调至 10-15 结果更佳。
例如我们输入「A kitten plays with a butterfly」（猫咪戏胡蝶），否定提醒词为「ugly，too bad」，长宽比「16:9」，静止强度「10」。
最终生成的视频结果如下：

画面中的小猫确实很真实，不过胡蝶呢？
当然，点击「Magic Prompt」，Viva 还可以自动生成 Prompt。

我们玩了一圈，发现 Viva 收费是真收费，但慢也是真慢。
慢到什么程度？一段 5 秒的视频硬生生花了 15 分钟。（也可能是网速的锅）
此外，它还有一个 bug，一旦静止强度拉满，画面极容易崩，跳帧、虚化、脸部畸形……
总之，其他文生视频应用有的毛病，它都有。

图生视频
Viva 也支持图生视频。选择「Image to Video」，点击「+」，上传一张图片，然后设置否定提醒词、相机控制以及静止强度。
其中相机控制是设置画面的移动方向和程度，我们可以根据需要进行参数设置。
我们上传了一张蝶恋花的图片，并输入 prompt「The butterflies are dancing on the flowers」。
最终生成的结果如下：

图生视频结果一般，除了整体往右上角漂移外，画面主角胡蝶只是微弱地扇了一下翅膀，微弱到忽略不计。

虽然 Viva 有时翻车翻得猝不及防，不过相比于 Genmo 的动态 PPT 来说，Viva 的结果是真顶！更何况，人家主打一个收费，还要啥自行车。
